Invite Contest — Official Rules
Effective: 10 September 2026 · Run by: Arwy (info@arwy.life)
🔴 This is not a game of chance. Winners are determined by the points they earn during the contest, not by a draw or lottery. Entry is free; no purchase is required and purchasing does not improve your chance of winning.
1. Dates
The contest runs from 10 September 2026, 00:00 to 10 October 2026, 23:59 (Istanbul time, UTC+3).
Results are finalised after a 3-day settling period and announced by 15 October 2026 at the latest.
2. Who can enter
- Anyone with an Arwy account who is 18 or older.
- Users under 18 may keep using the app but cannot receive cash prizes.
- Arwy staff, bot accounts and accounts on
@bots.arwy.lifecannot enter. - The contest is open worldwide. 🔴 If a winner is outside Türkiye, the delivery method for the cash prize (transfer channel and any fees) is agreed individually with the winner; where a physical book cannot be shipped, an equivalent digital prize is given instead.
3. How to enter
- Open Settings → Invite Contest in the app.
- Copy or share your personal 6-character invite code.
- The person you invite enters that code while signing up.
🔴 A code can only be entered during sign-up, within 24 hours of the account being created. It cannot be applied to an existing account afterwards.
4. How points are earned
You earn points as the person you invited uses the app. Each item below is awarded once per invitee:
| What your invitee does | Points |
|---|---|
| Completes sign-up (username + profile photo) | 10 |
| Reads 10 chapters | 25 |
| Reads 30 chapters | +20 |
| Shares a first post | 15 |
| Publishes a first book | 40 |
| Gets a first match | 15 |
| Opens the app on 3 separate days | 15 |
| Opens the app on 7 separate days | +25 |
| Buys coins | 60 |
| Subscribes | 100 |
| Maximum from a single invitee | 300 |
Points are recalculated hourly; the table in the app may be up to an hour behind.
Buying coins or a subscription is not required and is not a condition of entry. An invitee who never pays can still bring you up to 165 points.
5. What counts as a "qualified invite"
Ranking is based on qualified invites, not raw points (points break ties). An invitee qualifies only if all of the following are true:
- The account is at least 7 days old when the contest ends,
- It has a username and a profile photo,
- It has read at least 10 chapters,
- It has opened the app on at least 3 separate days,
- It is not suspended and not a bot.
🔴 Signing up alone does not count as a qualified invite.
6. Prizes
🔴 Two tiers are announced in advance. Which tier applies is decided by the actual results at the end of the contest:
| Situation | 1st | 2nd | 3rd | 4th & 5th |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| If anyone reaches 15+ qualified invites | 2,000 TRY | 1,000 TRY | 500 TRY | A physical book (shipping included) |
| If no one reaches 15, among those with 5+ qualified invites | 1,000 TRY | 500 TRY | 250 TRY | A physical book (shipping included) |
| If no one reaches 5 | The contest is extended by 30 days and this is announced. | |||
Prizes are funded by Arwy. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer within 14 days of results being finalised.
To pay you we need your full name, phone, address and IBAN. You can enter these at any time in the app under Invite Contest → My payout details; once entered, you won't be asked again in later contests.
Providing these details is optional. You can take part and earn points without them. But if you win and we have no payout details, you'll be notified in the app and by email and given 14 days to provide them; if they are still missing after that, the prize passes to the next participant.
Cash prizes are only for participants aged 18 or over, so users under 18 are not asked for an IBAN.
7. Fair play and disqualification
The point of this contest is to bring in readers who will actually use Arwy. The following lead to disqualification:
- Creating multiple accounts for the same person,
- Generating invites with fake, automated or purchased accounts,
- Producing content or reading activity on an invitee's behalf,
- Paying for sign-ups or setting up reciprocal invite rings.
How we detect it. We combine a hashed form of the IP address our server observes at sign-up, account age, activity across separate days, and behavioural patterns.
🔴 Sharing a network is not, by itself, grounds for disqualification. Two people in one household — or different people on the same mobile carrier — can share an IP address. That is why at most 3 invitees from the same network are counted, and why anything that looks suspicious is reviewed by a person, not automatically.
Arwy reserves the right to remove a participant found to be cheating. Decisions are communicated with a reason; to appeal, write to info@arwy.life.
8. Personal data
For fraud detection, an irreversible hash of the IP address (not the raw IP) is stored at sign-up. It is used only to evaluate this contest and is deleted within 90 days of the results being finalised.
Payout details. To deliver your prize we store your full name, phone, address and IBAN. Providing this is optional and it is stored only if you enter it yourself in the app; it is not a precondition for any feature. It is used only to pay the prize and ship the book, and is not shared with third parties (other than the bank making the transfer and the courier). Details are kept on your account so you don't have to enter them again for every contest; you can update them in the app at any time, ask us to delete them at info@arwy.life, and they are removed when you delete your account. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Tax
Any tax arising from a prize is the winner's responsibility. If a deduction is required by law, it is disclosed before payment.
10. Other
- 🔴 This contest is in no way associated with Google. Google is not a sponsor, endorser or administrator and bears no responsibility for it.
- Arwy may suspend the contest or change its dates in the event of a technical failure or widespread abuse; any such change is announced in the app.
- By entering, you accept these rules.
