About Arwy
Write it, read it, talk about it.
Arwy is a social reading platform — a place where the books people write become something to talk about. You read a book, and the other readers of that same book are right there: in its chat room, in the comments on the line that moved you, in the feed.
A book is better with someone to talk to about it. That is the whole idea.
What Arwy does
Reading — read novels, stories and poetry chapter by chapter, with your place saved, text-to-speech, translation into 12 languages and offline downloads in the app.
Writing — write and publish your own book with a rich editor and AI spell-check. Add a cover, a song, polls at the end of a chapter. Authors keep all rights to their work.
Talking — every book can have its own chat room. Post to the feed, comment on a single line, share a quote card, follow the readers whose taste matches yours.
Support — readers can support writers with coins or by watching an ad, and writers can lock chapters and withdraw what they earn.
Our principles
Privacy first. We show what brings people together without exposing who they are — for example, how many friends are reading a book, never naming them.
Safety by default. Mandatory content warnings, an age gate on adult books, and zero tolerance for content that harms minors. See our Child Safety.
Creators come first. Your writing is yours. We only display it within the platform and on your public book page. See our Content Policy.
